Job description

Legal Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 20-40 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

Role Overview:

Reveleer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal department with key projects focused on workflow optimization, knowledge management, corporate governance, and emerging technology enablement. This internship offers hands-on experience working with a modern, tech-forward legal team and exposure to healthcare regulatory frameworks, data privacy, and AI-driven process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building legal playbooks, guidance materials, and internal documentation to support business teams.
  • Help improve legal workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for contract review, research, and knowledge management.
  • Support corporate governance matters, internal policy development, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research on healthcare regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and emerging health technology regulations.
  • Prepare concise summaries and practical guidance for internal stakeholders.

Expected Deliverables

  • Design and deploy a centralized legal resource hub (e.g., Confluence) containing FAQs, policy summaries, contract guidance, and approval pathways.
  • Develop and implement at least one AI-enabled workflow or agent to support legal operations (e.g., contract issue spotting, regulatory research assistant, policy summarization, or intake triage).

Required Qualifications

  • Current JD or LLM student enrolled in an accredited law school.
  • Coursework or demonstrated interest in Contracts, Health Law, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Technology Law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JD/LLM candidates with prior exposure to healthcare, technology law, or legal operations preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
