Healthcare Analyst

We are building a healthcare platform for a Doctor (OBGYN) and we are looking for someone who has experience in the healthcare/medical field to be the coordinator between the Doctor and the Software Developers. 

• Work with the doctor to understand the software needs.
• Work with the software developer and documents the requirements.
• Guide the software developer on understanding the medical terminologies
• Support integration with any other 3rd party healthcare platforms
• Test the software as per the doctor's requirements.

This is a salaried, full-time job and 100% remote (work from home) opportunity. You should be comfortable working evening/night shifts, working independently with limited supervision and communicating with other professionals on the phone, email and messenger. 

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years preferably in healthcare, medical or pathology lab.
• Experience working with hospital or clinic software is a big advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good listener.
• Self-motivation, discipline and emotional intelligence.
• Good internet connectivity and quite place to work in the evening/night.
• Prefer female candidates since this project is related to Gynecology.
