  • Proven success in new business B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally with self-generated pipeline
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable selling into SMB organizations and holding credibility at senior and C-suite level
  • Familiar with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger) and able to run discovery, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals

  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression in CRM tools (Salesforce and HubSpot), and collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion

This is a true new business role for someone who gets energy from starting conversations, opening doors, and turning complex risk, compliance, and governance challenges into clear commercial value.

As New Business Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end — from first outbound touch through to signed contract — helping mid‑market organisations make smarter, safer, more compliant decisions. Responsibilities:

You’ll be in hunter mode, building pipeline from scratch and owning your number.

  • Generating new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, networking, events, and smart research
  • Owning the entire sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, close
  • Engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers with a consultative, value‑led sales approach
  • Turning complex regulatory, risk, and compliance challenges into commercially compelling conversations
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression accurately within CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Collaborating closely with pre‑sales, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion
  • Leading commercial discussions that result in mutually beneficial, long‑term customer relationships

  • Proven success in new business B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally with self‑generated pipeline
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable selling into SMB organisations and holding credibility at senior and C‑suite level
  • Confident running discovery, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Familiar with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger — you know why they matter)
  • Commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by progress rather than comfort
  • Able to operate independently, while collaborating like a grown‑up within a wider sales team
