At Clover Health, we are reinventing health insurance by working to keep people healthier. Our mission is to improve every life by providing compassionate, reliable, and equitable care to those who need it most. We believe the healthcare system is broken, so we've created custom software and analytics to empower our clinical staff to intervene and provide personalized care to the people who need it most.
Clover Assistant (CA) provides clinicians with real-time insights to improve care, and our Managed Services Organization (MSO) is the engine that drives CA adoption, integration, and performance across our provider network. By owning provider enablement, and performance management, the MSO translates our technology and strategy into measurable outcomes. This role sits at the center of that system, responsible for turning Clover Assistant from a powerful tool into consistent, scalable impact across the network.
This role will be focused on the NJ Market.
The Role
This is not a traditional operations role. You’ll operate in a high-ambiguity, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and clear playbooks rarely exist. You’ll be expected to create clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes with a high degree of autonomy under significant visibility from executive leadership.
Your mandate is simple: ensure Clover Assistant scales effectively across the provider network—turning strategy into consistent, measurable performance.
