  • 📞 Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo.
  • 🧑‍💻 Mayor de 18 años.
  • 💡 Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en ventas call center (seguros, asistencias o productos financieros) – certificada.
  • 🏢 Residir en Bogotá.

  • Gestión comercial seguros vía call center.
  • Brindar una experiencia de atención cercana, profesional y de confianza.

💰 Lo que ofrecemos

  • Salario base: $1.423.500
  • + Comisiones sin techo y 100% prestacionales 💸
  • Todas las prestaciones de ley.
  • Jornada laboral de 8 horas diarias (44 semanales).
