Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Support client requests through coordination and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and track client details consistently
• Organize task details to support timelines and service accuracy
• Collaborate with team members and partners as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Previous customer service or administrative experience a plus
• Must reside in the United States
