Health Quality Innovators (HQI) is actively seeking qualified quality improvement professionals to provide improvement consultation and coaching services to nursing homes, hospitals, or outpatient clinical practices across a diverse array of clinical and operational topics.
As a Quality Improvement Consultant (QIC), you will participate in a national program that sets the standard for performance excellence. You will provide services to nursing homes, hospitals, or outpatient clinical practices across a broad spectrum of clinical and operational topics. You will review quality measure data, assess needs, and identify root causes to develop action plans that guide the services offered to providers as they advance toward their objectives. You will learn from and be supported by QIC colleagues, your team leader, subject matter experts, and dedicated analytics and communications teams within HQI’s supportive, open, and collaborative work environment.
This remote position presents a distinguished opportunity to transition from roles in health care delivery, public health, or government service while continuing to make a substantial impact on thousands of providers, patients, and families.
