  • Own financial management of offshore/nearshore IT resources, including forecasting, FTE vs. contractor economics, utilization and rate analysis, SOW and invoice governance, and currency/rate-card management to drive cost efficiency and value creation.
  • Drive the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and rolling forecast processes for all IT-related expenditures.
  • Monitor actuals against budget and forecast; identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities with clear root-cause explanations.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting and presentations for the CFO, CIO, and leadership team.
  • Evaluate IT vendor contracts, managed service agreements, and capital projects to optimize spend and support value-creation priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Sourcing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure accuracy and alignment of technology-related financials.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track IT performance, efficiency, and cost structure.
  • Uphold financial policy compliance, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls related to IT spend.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support finance and technology leadership.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within Healthcare Services, multi-site operations, or a private equity–backed environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting IT or Technology functions, including forecasting of headcount, projects, and vendor spend.
  • Proven ability to develop complex financial models and analytical tools in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, scenario modeling, data visualization).
  • Experience preparing executive-level materials for CFO, CIO, CEO, and private equity partners.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence leaders across Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
