Beckman Coulter's Key Account Manager is responsible for transforming large accounts into long-term partnerships, driving sustainable growth and significant results.

You will be responsible for driving the growth of the customer base and strengthening Beckman's presence in key accounts in Brazil. By standing out in this position, you will have the opportunity to evolve within the organization and build a solid and promising career.

This position reports to the Key Account Manager Leader and is part of the Brazil team, working remotely to cover the bills under his responsibility.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and develop key customers, ensuring a solid and long-term relationship, indentifying opportunities to expand account revenue.
  • Conduct negotiations of contracts, prices and commercial conditions.
  • Create and execute account plans that align with customer and company objectives.
  • Coordinate internal areas (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure efficient delivery to the customer.
  • Ensure the achievement of business goals through efficient management of key accounts.

The essential requirements of the position include:

  • Graduation in the health area or related areas (Chemistry, Biology, Biomedicine or related).
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience and market knowledge
  • Knowledge in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) with Data and indicator analysis capability (KPIs)
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience in account expansion and business development

Travel, Motor Vehicle Registration and Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 80% of the time covering the territory (including overnight stays).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also have previous experience in:

  • Management of strategic accounts, such as Fleury, DB, DASA, etc.
