Position Description: 

PAR is looking for a ‘Sr. Functional Analyst, Salesforce’ to join our team, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Engineering. PAR is an international, fast-paced, high-growth environment and our tech stack is cloud and SaaS first, with a limited on-prem footprint. Our ideal candidate will be a trusted partner of our Salesforce stakeholders and will support our business users in troubleshooting persistent issues and helping them adhere to best practices within Salesforce.

The Sr. Functional Analyst, Salesforce is a critical member of the team who will help maximize the value of the Salesforce platform for our business and help us adhere to best practices within Salesforce. Together with Product Management, you’ll partner with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive user support, functional configuration, and the successful launch of resulting solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow their career and work cross functionally with a company that’s growing its business on the Salesforce platform.

Position Location: Gurugram / Jaipur ( Pacific Time zone)

Reports To:  Director of Enterprise Application Engineering 

What We’re Looking For:

• Be the front line of Salesforce support partnering with the business to provide functional support, troubleshooting, and training

• Collaborate with a geographically diverse team to resolve issues, discover solutions, and drive value through the Salesforce platform

• Identify recurring issues to drive towards permanent solutions

• Work in a scrum team with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver value to the business

• Assist Product Owner and Stakeholders creating training documents, user stories and acceptance criteria

Must Have

• Certified Salesforce Administrator & Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Ops or Service related roles with 5+ of those years working as a Salesforce Admin / Functional Analyst

• 2+ years of production support experience

• Proven understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including automations, such as flows

• Experience supporting a quoting platform (Deal Hub, CPQ, RevCloud, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a SaaS technology company or similar fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience with Experience Portals and Salesforce Partner Relationship Management

• Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
