Senior Encompass Administrator

Retail Residential Mortgage | Remote | 3+ Years Required

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing retail residential mortgage lender looking for a Senior Encompass Administrator who owns the platform — not just maintains it. If you've built business rules from scratch, untangled integration nightmares, and become the person everyone calls when Encompass breaks, this role was written for you.

This is a fully remote position with real influence over how the loan origination process runs from end to end.

What You'll Own

• Full administration of Encompass LOS — business rules, input forms, loan templates, personas, custom fields, and milestone workflows

• Third-party integrations: AUS, credit, title, appraisal, pricing engines

• User access, security roles, and platform governance

• Reporting, dashboards, and data integrity

• Upgrade and patch management with zero-disruption releases

• End-user training and support across LO, processing, underwriting, and closing teams

• Translating business requirements from Ops, Compliance, Secondary, and IT into working system solutions

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on Encompass administration in retail residential mortgage

• Deep configuration expertise: SDK, business rules, custom reporting, loan templates

• Solid grasp of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA origination workflows

• URLA, HMDA, TRID, and compliance knowledge baked in

• Experience managing vendor and API integrations

• ICE Mortgage Technology certification a plus

• Encompass Developer Connect or API integration experience a plus
