General responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of applications using Java, Python and React;
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions;
Understand business and product requirements, translating them into technical implementations;
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices;
Use AI-powered tools to support coding, debugging, and productivity improvements;
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions;
Be open to guidance and feedback, recognizing their importance for professional growth.

Requirements

Based in Latin America;
Advanced English (mandatory), as you will work with international teams;
Experience in software development (academic, personal, or professional projects);
Familiarity or strong interest in using AI tools for coding and problem-solving;
Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
Availability to dedicate 30 to 40 hours per week;
Interest in learning, growing, and building a career in software development.
