  • Lead storefront optimization and catalog development, improving copy, A+ content, imagery, and video to drive conversion rate and organic rankings
  • Oversee Amazon advertising strategy across campaigns, optimize TACOS and ACOS, and align paid with organic growth while ensuring disciplined spend and ROI targets
  • Coordinate with supply chain, pricing, promotions, and branding to prevent stockouts/excess inventory, improve reporting visibility, and align Amazon with Ecommerce and Growth teams

We are hiring a senior-level Amazon Marketplace Manager to strategically scale, optimize, and transform Amazon into a major revenue engine.

This is not a listing maintenance role. This is a channel ownership role.

The Amazon Marketplace Manager will build and execute the long-term Amazon growth strategy — driving revenue expansion, improving profitability, strengthening organic ranking, and elevating storefront experience while protecting brand integrity.

We are specifically looking for someone with internal, brand-side experience scaling large Amazon businesses — not just agency exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Channel Ownership

  • Build and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy
  • Identify catalog expansion opportunities and category leadership plays
  • Drive keyword dominance and organic ranking improvements
  • Develop revenue forecasts, inventory plans, and promotional calendars
  • Build long-term scaling roadmaps aligned with company growth targets

Storefront & Conversion Optimization

  • Lead optimization of product listings (copy, A+ content, imagery, video)
  • Partner with design to improve creative performance and conversion rates
  • Continuously test and iterate to improve CVR and session growth
  • Maintain a best-in-class branded storefront experience

Advertising & Profitability

  • Oversee Amazon PPC strategy across all campaigns
  • Optimize TACOS, ACOS, and contribution margin
  • Align paid strategy with organic growth and ranking improvements
  • Ensure disciplined spend allocation and clear ROI targets

Operational & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate closely with supply chain to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
  • Ensure pricing, promotions, and positioning align with broader brand strategy
  • Improve reporting visibility and channel-level accountability
  • Align Amazon channel strategy with Ecommerce and Growth teams

Team Leadership

  • Lead internal Amazon team members and/or agency partners
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
  • Improve workflows, reporting cadence, and execution standards

Requirements
