CLIENT LIAISON REPRESENTATIVE

$17–$20/hour

About the Role

Client Liaisons are the first and ongoing point of contact for our clients. This role ensures that patients are scheduled efficiently, prepared properly, authorized correctly, and supported throughout their care journey.

This is a high-contact, high-activity position. It requires persistence, professionalism, emotional steadiness, and comfort with measurable performance standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule new and returning clients

  • Secure recurring appointments

  • Verify insurance and authorizations

  • Collect payment information

  • Follow up on missed appointments and incomplete documentation

  • Maintain CRM and EHR accuracy

  • Communicate professionally with clients and payers

  • Escalate concerns appropriately

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong appointment conversion rates

  • Recurring appointments secured

  • Insurance and documentation completed prior to visits

  • Provider calendars optimized

  • Calm, policy-aligned responses to client objections

You are comfortable holding boundaries when needed and following policy consistently. You do not avoid difficult conversations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years healthcare scheduling or patient coordination experience

  • Behavioral health experience preferred

  • Comfortable in high phone-volume environments

  • Strong objection-handling skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Private, distraction-free home workspace

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • Full availability during scheduled 8-hour shifts

Work Structure

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Must be available during the entire scheduled workday

  • Ongoing activity monitoring (EHR, CRM, call systems)

  • Occasional weekend rotation may be required

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people while working within clear performance expectations.
