The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Adoption Specialist (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the Project Manager throughout customer implementation projects
Lead customer requirements discovery and intake during implementations
Drive user engagement through remote and onsite presentations and product demonstrations
Configure, test and validate solutions, including requirements translation, documentation, end-to-end testing and UAT support
Deliver end-user training and train-the-trainer programmes, including development of tailored training strategies and materials
Provide go-live support through remote sessions and onsite floor-walking with at-the-elbow user assistance
Document final configurations and implementation outcomes to support handover to post-implementation support teams
Act as the voice of the customer, identifying enhancement opportunities and serving as a liaison between users and Solventum during implementation
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Health Management/Economics, Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering or completed training in Nursing or a related healthcare field with a strong affinity for health IT, or equivalent qualifications through experience
Experience in healthcare / healthcare IT
Experience with Electronic Medical Record workflows, documentation workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
Fluent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in dealing with customers, preferably with healthcare providers, i.e., doctors, nurses, medical coders as well as their management
Experience with workflows in electronic patient records, medical coding and/or familiarity with a specific hospital information system
Experience in creating customer facing product documentation such as quick reference guides, training videos, demo collateral etc.
Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing
Experience with speech recognition or natural language processing
High customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 40% domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
