Estamos em busca de um profissional Tech Lead – AI & Data Solutions para apoiar a liderança técnica de projetos estratégicos de IA e Dados.

Essa posição é ideal para um perfil sênior, com forte capacidade de tomada de decisão técnica, arquitetura de soluções, mentoria de times e atuação hands on quando necessário.

Principais responsabilidades

• Liderar tecnicamente projetos, POCs, POVs e MVPs de AI & Data

• Traduzir desafios de negócio em arquiteturas de solução escaláveis e viáveis

• Definir abordagens de Machine Learning, IA tradicional e GenAI adequadas a cada contexto

• Projetar soluções em ambientes híbridos (on-prem + cloud)

• Avaliar trade-offs entre performance, custo, governança e complexidade

• Atuar como referência técnica e mentorar profissionais mais juniores

• Apoiar discussões técnicas com clientes e times internos
