Influencer Marketing VA (Scraping & Outreach)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Influencer Marketing VA to power the top of our creator pipeline.

This role is responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying creators at scale. You will be the engine that feeds our influencer program with high-quality leads.

This is not a strategy role. It is a high-output, process-driven role where speed, consistency, and accuracy matter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Sourcing (Primary)

• Identify and scrape 80–100 relevant creators per day across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Evaluate creators based on:
  • audience fit
  • content quality
  • engagement signals
• Maintain and update creator databases accurately

2. Outreach Execution

• Send daily outreach emails and DMs to creators using MailMeteor
• Personalize messages using provided frameworks
• Track responses and maintain clean communication logs

3. Lead Qualification

• Identify high-potential creators based on:
  • engagement
  • content style
  • brand fit
• Flag strong candidates for negotiation and booking

4. Pipeline Management

• Keep tracking sheets updated daily
• Avoid duplicate outreach or creator overlap
• Ensure all leads move cleanly through the funnel

Success Metrics

• 80–100 qualified leads sourced per day
• Consistent outreach sent daily
• High response rates from creators
• Clean, error-free tracking (no duplicates or missed entries)

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong attention to detail (zero tolerance for sloppy work)
• Ability to follow instructions and processes exactly
• High level of organization and task management
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work
• Strong written English for outreach

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in influencer marketing or social media
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube creators
• Basic understanding of engagement metrics
