We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist ! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. In this role you’ll supporting a range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email in both English and Spanish on a variety of topics.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Enters and maintains various database(s).

  • Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements

  • Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures. 

  • Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data.  

  • Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.

  • Provides expertise and guidance to contractors in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance along with technical support and programmatic training

Target Compensation: $60,000
