Remote Vice President Platform Implementation

Job description

About Iks Health: www.ikshealth.com

IKS Health is on a mission to enable the efficient delivery of high quality care through a combination of leading edge technology and human expertise. The IKS Care Enablement Platform enables us to deliver the chores of healthcare, across administrative, clinical, and operational burdens, to enable clinicians to focus on their core purpose: delivering great care and bringing joy and purpose back to medicine.

We’re redefining the future of Care Enablement and creating transformative value in healthcare by empowering clinicians to build healthier communities and enabling stronger, financially sustainable enterprises. IKS Health is a trusted partner for 600+ clients including the largest hospitals, health systems, and specialty groups across the United States

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Implementation Leader to own end-to-end deployment of a comprehensive care enablement platform across provider organizations. This platform spans revenue cycle optimization (FFS), clinician efficiency solutions, and value-based care (VBC) enablement.

This role is accountable for turning signed deals into operational reality driving structured, on-time, high-quality implementations across a multi-product, deeply integrated platform. The leader will operate at the intersection of product, operations, client stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

End-to-End Implementation Ownership

Own full lifecycle delivery from kickoff through go-live and stabilizationβ€”across all platform components (RCM, patient engagement, clinician workflow tools, VBC MSO services)

Translate contractual scope into a sequenced, executable implementation roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

Drive integration of multiple products into a unified operational workflow, not siloed deployments.

Program & Project Execution

Build and actively manage detailed project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and weekly execution dashboards.

Enforce timeline discipline and accountability across internal teams (product, engineering, ops) and external client stakeholders.

Identify risks early and intervene decisively to unblock executionβ€”this is a β€œfix it before it escalates” role.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Serve as the central point of coordination across:

Internal teams: product, engineering, data integration, operations, client success

External stakeholders: client executives, clinical leadership, IT, revenue cycle teams

Ensure alignment on data integrations (EHR, PM systems), workflow redesign, and operational readiness

Executive Stakeholder Management

Engage directly with executive sponsors (internal & client-side) to:

Provide transparent progress updates

Escalate and resolve critical risks

Drive decision-making to maintain momentum

Operate comfortably in high-stakes environments where delays impact revenue and operations.

Operational Readiness & Adoption

Ensure successful workflow implementation, user training, and change management across clinical and administrative teams.

Partner with operations teams to ensure post go-live performance stabilization and KPI tracking.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Posistion requires travel 80% of the time.

15 years of experience in implementation, program management, or operations roles within healthcare technology / services or health systems / medical groups .

Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream implementations (e.g., EHR, RCM platforms, care management, or enterprise SaaS deployments).

Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs with significant integration dependencies (e.g., EHR/PM integrations, data migrations, workflow redesign).

Experience working directly with provider organizations (health systems, MSOs, physician groups).

Strong familiarity with:

Revenue cycle operations (front, middle, back office)

Clinical workflows and EHR ecosystems

Value-based care models and/or MSO operations

Experience implementing or rolling out large scale programs in healthcare IT or health systems or medical groups

Experience driving change management in clinical environments.

Exposure to AI-enabled clinical or operational tools

Education:

Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree; MBA or MHA is preferred

Compensation and Benefits: The maximum annual base salary range is $190,000-$240,000 a year, determined by years of relevant experience, skills, and the specific geographical location where the work is performed. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.  IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).  IKS Health is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status
