Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Print & Packaging Eastern Europe Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across the full portfolio of products and services, managing the entire sales cycle from lead validation to delivery. The role partners closely with marketing, customer service, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution, exceptional customer experience, and strong commercial outcomes across a complex, multi-functional environment. This is a remote position and will be based in Poland or Czechia and will be covering the Eastern Europe territory (Croatia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and Bulgaria)

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Build and grow strong dealer partnerships while managing channel dynamics
  • Advise customers and partners on best-fit color management solutions
  • Drive key account growth and identify new business opportunities
  • Support value-based selling and impactful solution positioning
  • Lead customer engagements, demos, and training sessions
  • Track pipeline and performance using Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Share market insights and act as the Voice of Sales
  • Represent the brand at industry events and customer meetings
  • Travel up to 50%

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 8+ years in Packaging or Ink (Color Management preferred)
  • Results-driven, self-motivated mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English (Eastern European languages a plus, especially Czech)
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Passion for customer success and sustainability
