Job description

Tired of constant prospecting, marketing spend, and practice overhead just to stay busy? This role lets you focus on advising clients, not chasing them or running an office.

We are a long‑established estate planning services company seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to provide estate planning advice to pre‑engaged clients in the 55+ market. You step into a steady flow of no‑cost introductions, with full administrative and back‑office support. Our office handles most of the client education and intake before you meet with them, so your time is spent on higher‑value counsel and document work.

What You Do

  • Conduct estate planning consultations with clients referred through our program
  • Review family, asset, and planning goals and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Draft or review core estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, directives)
  • Coordinate with our internal team to finalize documents and implementation
  • Provide clear, practical guidance in plain language

What You Get

  • Warm, pre‑qualified client meetings (no marketing or lead generation required)
  • No need to manage staff, overhead, or practice administration
  • Office team performs most education and intake; you focus on legal advice
  • Professional support for deed retrieval, document execution, and follow‑up
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Competitive, contracted compensation per case/engagement

What You Bring

  • Licensed attorney in good standing in [state or states served]
  • 3+ years of experience in estate planning (drafting and counseling)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with the 55+ demographic
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, client‑friendly terms
  • Professionalism, reliability, and respect for client time and confidentiality

If you would rather spend your time providing high‑quality estate planning advice instead of worrying about business development and overhead, we would like to speak with you.

To apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note describing your estate planning experience and current availability.
