Job description

We're looking for a Web Analytics Developer who can own end-to-end tracking implementation and ensure clean, reliable event measurement across ad platforms, CRMs, and client websites. This role goes well beyond basic pixel setup. It requires strong technical judgment, QA discipline, and comfort working directly with code when needed.

You'll partner closely with account managers and clients to understand tracking requirements, implement solutions, and validate data accuracy across systems. If you sit comfortably at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and engineering, this role will be a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive
  • Collaborate with growth marketers, engineers, and account managers
  • Play a core role in building a modern, data-accurate marketing and analytics infrastructure

What You'll Work On

Tracking Setup and Instrumentation

  • Configure and maintain GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and related platforms
  • Implement and QA event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, CRMs, and ecommerce systems
  • Validate conversion events, UTMs, and attribution logic across platforms
  • Ensure tracking is accurate, consistent, and resilient to site or platform changes

Technical Integration and Implementation

  • Integrate tracking with CRMs and systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevel
  • Work directly in client codebases when tag managers are insufficient
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking in React and TypeScript environments
  • Diagnose and resolve cross-platform data flow issues

Quality Assurance and Documentation

  • Test and verify all tracking implementations before handoff
  • Produce clear documentation outlining setups, assumptions, and limitations
  • Share QA findings and walkthroughs with internal teams and clients

Collaboration and Client Support

  • Gather tracking requirements in partnership with account managers
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactively recommend improvements to tracking accuracy and reporting reliability

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in tracking instrumentation, analytics implementation, or technical ad operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads tracking
  • Comfort working with JavaScript and TypeScript including React-based codebases
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tracking and attribution issues
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with server-side GTM or advanced tracking architectures
  • Agency or client-facing experience supporting multiple tracking environments
  • Familiarity with broader MarTech stacks and analytics ecosystems

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and walking through a tracking setup you implemented end to end

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you care about data accuracy, enjoy solving messy tracking problems, and like building systems that marketers and operators can actually trust, this role gives you real ownership and impact.
