Job description

Position: Data Entry Specialist

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and software systems.
Verify the quality and integrity of data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with preparing reports and data summaries for management and team use.
Communicate effectively with various departments to clarify data discrepancies and enhance data quality.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a related administrative role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
