Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I - 3RD SHIFT - CARROLLTON, TX

• 3rd Shift = 10 PM to 6:30 AM

OVERVIEW:

The Maintenance Technician I role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role requires moderate supervision and may include mentoring technicians or other maintenance members

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.

• Conduct detailed preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Train and mentor Preventive Maintenance Technicians as needed

• Assist in identifying parts and tools needed for repairs.

• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

• Proficiency in reading mechanical diagrams and manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
