🎯 How you’ll make an impact

We are looking for an engineer who thinks beyond just writing code. In this role, you’ll be expected to look for leverage in everything you do—finding ways to automate processes and unblock both yourself and your colleagues. You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be building the internal systems and efficiencies that allow our small team to continue having a disproportionate impact on the industry.

• Build the "Control Center": Develop the core interface where customers configure, instruct, and evaluate our AI agents.

• Create Powerful Experiences: Design a product interface that is simple on the surface but enables complex functionality for Enterprise customers—similar to the UX depth of Notion or Figma.

• Develop Internal Tooling: Build the back-office experiences our internal team uses to boost customer resolution rates.

• Iterate Rapidly: Work within a fast-paced environment where we ship early, often, and multiple times a day.

• Own the Stack: Work with a resilient tech stack including Go, PostgreSQL, Temporal, and Encore on the backend, and Next.js on the frontend.

• Proven Experience: A track record of building complex, performant product interfaces iteratively, likely as a Senior or Staff Product Engineer at a tech scale-up.

• Product Intuition: A deep interest in how autonomous AI agents are redefining UX and UI.

• Foundational Mindset: The desire to be a cornerstone engineer for the company during its foundational years.

• Resilience & Drive: A belief that almost anything is possible with hard work and an excitement for greenfield projects rather than a fear of ambiguity.
