Location: Brazil (BR) - Sao Paulo  - Indaiatuba  
Function: Aviation (CA)
Title: Executive Aviation Pilot - Indaiatuba/SP - 119839

As a Pilot at John Deere Brazil, you will primarily serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) of corporate aircraft, operating across North and South America. This role reports directly to the Senior Captain, who holds overall operational responsibility within the region. You will support flight operations, assist in decision-making, and contribute to safe and efficient mission execution. You will also perform as pilot in command when assigned by the Senior Captain. 

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and efficient culture that supports customer service
• Practice and fully support Deere & Company’s Aviation Safety Management System
• Promote a fair and inclusive work environment
• Comply with all department and company procedures
• Complete required annual training, including proficiency checks and compliance
• Research weather conditions, forecasts, NOTAMs, and regulations
• Assist in computing aircraft performance
• Support preflight inspections and documentation
• Ensure the aircraft is airworthy and meets passenger needs
• Assist with passenger briefings and support services
• Support international documentation and compliance
• Support responsibility for passengers and crew during international operations

Skills You'll Need

• Ability to travel internationally (South and North America) without restrictions
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate with no restrictions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and U.S. visa
• Aviation English Proficiency (ICAO compliant)
• Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time
• Turbojet experience
• Ability to adapt to change
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

What Makes You Stand Out

• Phenom 300 Type Rating (desired, not required)
• Minimum of 500 flight hours on the Phenom 300 (type-rated aircraft)
• Able and willing to continuously develop and improve one’s self
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Adaptable to systems and procedures
• Able to be coachable and accept constructive feedback
• Experience in decision making
• Understanding of corporate aviation environment
• Recognize the importance of global compliance requirement

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
• ANAC Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with instrument and multi-engine ratings
