Senior Web Designer (Graphics)

About the Role 

Measure Marketing Results, Inc is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in building high-converting websites and executing growth-focused campaigns across multiple industries. 

We are expanding our design team and seeking a Senior Web Designer (Graphic Designer) who is exceptional at their craft. 

In this role, you will take ownership of the full design process - from interpreting briefs (detailed or rough) to conducting research, defining creative direction, and delivering high-impact, conversion-focused web designs. While this is primarily a hands-on design role, you may occasionally participate in client calls to present your work and gather feedback. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a focused design environment and enjoys creating work that is both visually compelling and performance driven. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design complete websites in Figma (desktop and mobile), from wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups, ready for development handoff  
• Interpret project briefs and independently research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to define creative direction  
• Design with a conversion-first mindset, ensuring clear messaging hierarchy, effective CTA placement, and strong trust-building elements  
• Create visually engaging page layouts using typography, color, imagery, and spacing to guide user experience and interaction  
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma  
• Produce supporting brand assets in Canva, including social media graphics, ad creatives, email headers, and presentation materials  
• Deliver well-structured Figma files with proper auto-layout, naming conventions, responsive frames, and interaction states  
• Participate in occasional client design review meetings to present work and incorporate feedback. 
• Leverage AI Tools to guide the creative process 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and proactively addressing scope or timeline concerns.
• Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure alignment between design, messaging, and implementation
• Apply UX thinking, including user flows, journey mapping, and usability best practices to improve overall experience
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and maintain consistency across all breakpoints and devices
• Continuously optimize design workflows by incorporating AI tools and emerging design practices

Skills & Qualifications Required 

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• 5+ years of web design experience
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Expertise in responsive design principles
• Experience designing for conversion and user experience (UX)
• Proficiency in Canva Pro, Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (must-have)
• Experience building design systems and component libraries
• Strong visual storytelling and layout structuring skills

Preferred 

• 5+ years of experience in an agency environment, working on global B2B/B2C/SaaS websites
• Strong grasp of UX principles, user flows, and conversion-focused design
• Proven ability to design high-performing website layouts and landing pages
• Experience collaborating with developers (WordPress or front-end teams)
• Strong attention to detail with clean file organization and handoff practices

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with AI design workflows
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Exposure to tools like Relume or Framer
• Motion design, Lottie animations, or video editing skills
