PROPOSAL MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The Coraggio Proposal Manager owns the end-to-end development of proposals for strategy and organizational change consulting services. This role ensures proposals clearly articulate Coraggio’s advisory approach, strategic value, and organizational change expertise while meeting client requirements and quality standards. The Proposal Manager brings structure, discipline, and narrative clarity to complex proposal efforts and continuously improves Coraggio’s proposal effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full consulting proposal lifecycle from intake to submission
Lead proactive RFP search, response requirements, and relevant opportunity identification for consulting team consideration
Develop proposal plans, timelines, and responsibilities
Shape proposal structure, messaging, and advisory narrative
Coordinate contributors and manage review cycles
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across submissions
Maintain and evolve proposal libraries and templates
Support pitch preparation and relevant materials associated with proposal responses
Lead post-submission debriefs and process improvements
Lead business development and proposal pipeline tracking and reporting activities
REQUIREMENTS
3–6+ years of proposal or business development experience
Exceptional writing, editing, and document-structuring skills
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capability
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
