Description

 We're looking for a Sales Operations Associate to serve as the primary owner of Wellworks For You's CRM and lead our RFP response efforts. You'll collaborate across departments to improve sales processes, maintain competitive intelligence, and enable our sales team to close more business. 


 What You'll Own:  


CRM Management

  • Pipeline & lifecycle configuration
  • Data integrity & hygiene
  • Dashboards & reports
  • User onboarding & training
  • Workflow & automation
  • CRM integrations

Reporting & Pipeline

  • RFP response support
  • Stage conversion & velocity reports
  • Monthly KPI cadence
  • Pipeline risk flagging
  • Competitive market research

Process Documentation

  • Standardize lead-to-close workflows
  • Maintain playbooks & guides
  • Identify & recommend improvements
Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years in sales operations or a related analytical/operational B2B role
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience — workflow automation, custom reporting, pipeline management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfortable working with data sets
  • Strong process orientation with a track record of documenting workflows
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize independently with excellent organizational and time management skills

 

Nice to have:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, employee benefits, or insurance-adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with broker or channel sales models
  • HubSpot certifications (Sales Software, Revenue Operations, or similar)
  • Proficiency with AI tools
  • Exposure to ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar

Work Environment 

  • This job is fully remote and requires a dedicated, private home office to ensure the confidentiality and security of client information. Work from public places is strictly prohibited.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, multiple monitors, headphones, keyboard and mouse .
  • This job is mainly sedentary, sitting for most of the employees’ shift and working at a desk on a computer.  
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt 
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm EST

The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $72,000 based on location, experience, and skills determined in the interview process.
