Defy Medical is an integrative specialty clinic that offers primary care, hormone therapies, weight-management, and other wellness-focused services delivered with a concierge approach. Many of our treatments are offered to patients across the US through our national telemedicine service, allowing both the provider and patient better quality of life. Telemedicine offers patients access to specialty services no matter where they are located, delivering complete end-to-end care without leaving home.

We do not accept insurance but instead offer affordable access to life changing healthcare on a cash basis. Our unique service platform offers providers the ability to work remotely so they can have more time to interact with the patient while choosing times to work from home.

Level-1: General Responsibilities

Review laboratory results and address critical values
Provide consultation and treatment for
Primary care/acute conditions
Diabetes mellitus
Erectile dysfunction
Weight-management
General laboratory review
Assist staff with the review of symptoms, history, condition, and treatment (PE, ED, general)
Refer patients to other physicians or appropriate resources when and if needed
Maintain a positive “bedside” manner and build rapport with patients through video, messaging, and phone communication
Enter and maintain appropriate records using our EMR system
Always maintain strict patient confidentiality

Level-2: Specialist Responsibilities (may require some or all responsibilities depending on experience and position)

Assist with follow-up care of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) patients, to include
Review of laboratory results
Monitor critical values (H/H, E2, PSA)
Medication adjustments
General patient education about nutrition, lifestyle, and stress
Consult patients to answer questions about their medication or care plans
Assist with HRT diagnosis and care plans
Assist with peptide therapies and fertility

Requirements

Active license
Practitioners with multi- state licensing will be given preference
Must be in good standing with medical board
Must have adequate equipment for telemedicine, software is provided
Must commit to working on set deadlines
Comfort communicating with patients using various channels including phone and video calls
