You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

You will:

• Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
• Report on activities.

What you need to know about this position:

• Administrar relación comercial con distribuidores.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs como sell in y sell out.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora y expansión en territorio asignado.

• Supervisión e implantación de planes de visibilidad, promociones y actividades.

• Supervisión y acompañamiento a la fuerza de ventas en campo.

• Monitorear la cartera y realizar gestión de cobranza.

Job specific requirements:

• Profesional en administración de empresas, marketing, y carreras afines.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo, manejando TT y distribuidores.

• Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis comercial.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación, liderazgo y gestión de equipos, orientación al resultado, y proactividad. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.

• Contar con licencia vigente y vehículo. Disponibilidad para viajar en el territorio asignado.
