Position Summary:
This position reports to the Premium Audit Operations Manager, and performs and coordinates the processing of medium to complex premium audits with minimal supervision. Produces the audit statement of earned premium based on completed field audits received from staff premium auditors and vendors. Transacts premium audit processing steps including review, entry, processing, invoicing and billing. Also collaborates with external audit vendors, staff auditors and both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that all service level commitments are met.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits. Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications
Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using NCCI & Independent Bureau state websites
Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges
Data entry and quality check of multiple systems
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
Collaborative and team oriented

Well organized with the ability to prioritize duties and multi-task between captives
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed showing personal accountability and sense of urgency

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$ 66,400 - 86,292/year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
