Job Description:

• Oversees the implementation and sustainment of clinical pathways after design and piloting. 

• Ensures pathways improve health outcomes through an iterative process that is evidence-based, data-driven, and consensus-backed. 

• Facilitates the implementation of clinical pathways and continuous education in multiple modalities. Oversees the sustainment of clinical pathways throughout the system, the clinically integrated network, and collaborative partners. 

• Monitors the process through sustainment, redesign, and data integrity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office [Required]
• Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to individuals and audiences throughout the institution [Required]
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus detailed concentrated effort to oversee and manage multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary [Required]

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, process, or technical principles [Required]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
