As an Engagement Manager, you will lead the deployment of AI automation for major financial institutions. You will bridge the gap between complex client needs and technical execution, building custom AI workflows and templates. This high-impact role requires managing global stakeholder relationships and driving product adoption within a rapidly scaling, Series A fintech startup.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary strategic partner for Tier 1 clients, managing the end-to-end delivery of complex AI implementation projects and custom workflows.

• Create impactful AI use cases, templates, and demos tailored to the specific automation needs of private equity firms and investment banks.

• Lead cross-functional coordination between clients and internal engineering teams to prioritize product feedback and ensure project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience within a Tier 1 consultancy, investment bank, or private equity firm with a track record of high performance.

• Possesses an elite academic background from top-tier institutions and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Demonstrates a relentless work ethic and a "comfort with being uncomfortable" as priorities and timelines shift in a rapidly growing startup.
