As a foundational engineer, you will develop a mission control platform that provides robots with persistent memory and long-horizon decision-making. You will work across the full stack to turn cutting-edge research into production-ready software products.

What you will do:

Build and iterate on backend APIs and customer-facing UI features to enable complex interactions with core robotics technology.

Collaborate with research teams to integrate algorithmic developments and ensure high quality through CI/CD and testing best practices.

The ideal candidate:

Has 2+ years of professional experience with a strong grasp of Python, TypeScript, or C++ in complex or safety-critical domains.
Is a delivery-focused engineer comfortable moving between backend, frontend, and DevOps in a fast-paced startup environment.
Demonstrates proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Copilot and has a passion for applying AI to real-world systems.
