The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth, with a strong focus on frontline marketing and sales representatives.

Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling organization
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions
Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS
Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish.
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment - hospitality, food and beverage, direct marketing, direct sales experience - a plus!
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby experience is a plus).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
