JOB SUMMARY
Act as a liaison between clients, Litigation Operations, and Attorneys. Monitor and complete client-site messages and tasks. Manage loan-related processes in client systems to meet required standards and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Use reports and system workflows to identify and escalate issues.
· Update cases timely in internal and client systems throughout foreclosure and litigation stages.
· Manage document processes, including monitoring, re-projecting, and completion.
· Communicate with clients, staff, and internal departments; respond to inquiries and system messages professionally.
· Upload/download documents, maintain accurate notes, and complete all required client system tasks.
· Monitor loan portfolios, scorecards, and monthly reporting; attend client performance calls.
· Keep managers and team leads informed of issues or concerns.

· Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and Adobe PDF.
· Proficiency in client sites, including, but not limited to, Tempo, BKFS/ICE, ADR, Clairfire, and Vendorscape.
EDUCATION
· Associate Degree or the equivalent in professional experience.
