As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.Whether you’re looking to grow in your clinical repertoire or reach the next one of your career goals, we offer defined pathways of clinical growth.

Requirements
  • Reside in North Carolina
  • Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Salary Description
Up to $100,000/year + quarterly bonus
