Data Entry Specialist (Temporary Project-Based)

Her PLAN is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a time-limited data project focused on entering, updating, and organizing provider information within the Her PLAN Directory. This role is ideal for individuals who are efficient, highly organized, and comfortable working in web-based systems and structured workflows.

This is a hands-on execution role where accuracy, consistency, and speed are critical. Data Entry Specialists will play a key role in ensuring provider information is complete, reliable, and standardized for internal and external use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately and consistently enter provider site and service data into Her PLAN’s CRM system (HubSpot)
• Review all entries for completeness, formatting accuracy, and internal consistency
• Apply established data standards, naming conventions, and documentation guidelines
• Identify and flag missing, unclear, or conflicting information for review or follow-up
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail across repetitive, structured data entry tasks
• Meet established daily and weekly productivity goals
• Communicate questions or data issues promptly to project leads as needed

• Ability to follow written instructions precisely
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks (copy/paste, spreadsheets, web forms)
• Reliable internet access and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems or databases (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, etc.)
