Teacher for AI Course (Russian Speaker)

This is a remote position.

Our students are future developers, analysts, UX/UI designers preparing to enter the German job market. They need to understand how IT teams operate, communicate, and deliver products in real companies.

• Teaching the course “Implementing AI in Business Processes” in Russian language;
  

• Maintain the program’s relevance in line with current AI trends and advancements, in collaboration with the academic team.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience launching AI products from hypothesis through implementation in real business processes;
  

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in AI-focused startups or in roles such as:
  

AI Integration Engineer

• Deep understanding of LLM limitations, including hallucinations, response instability, context constraints, and the ability to manage quality through product mechanisms (metrics, UX constraints, architectural decisions), not just code-level solutions;
  

• Ability to calculate and optimize AI economics, including token usage, cost per request, scalability considerations, and translating system load into financial impact;
  

• Architectural understanding of the AI stack, including RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, and similar tools — at the level of solution design and architectural decision-making (without the requirement to code personally);
  

• Ability to assess AI implementation risks and make informed decisions balancing quality, cost, and scalability;
  

• Native-level Russian (C2);
  

• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or public speaking.
