Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

The Opportunity

Adobe's Student Engagement Marketing team encourages long-term use of Adobe's tools with students and universities. We focus on integrating Adobe Express, Acrobat Studio, Firefly, and AI-powered workflows into daily practices of higher education students and faculty.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of Adobe tools among faculty, staff, and students worldwide. This global role leads marketing initiatives such as webinars, paid media, and email. You will work closely with customer success, product, and creative teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoy data-driven campaigns making real impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect global coordinated marketing programs — virtual events, paid media, content syndication, and email. Strategically define each channel's role in driving awareness and product adoption.
  • Virtual Events & Webinars: Spearhead the end-to-end webinar program - scheduling, content planning with cross-functional partners, speaker selection, audience acquisition, platform set-up, and pre/post-event communications.
  • Partner with Adobe's creative team and external agencies to compose compelling assets for customers. Manage campaign calendars and refine touchpoints to support the ideal customer journey.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Champion a marketing approach centered on data — track important measurements, share insights with internal and external collaborators, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Management & AI-based workflows: Build strong collaborative relationships with marketing, customer success, and business unit partners across a highly matrixed global organization. Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development and delivery, uncover deeper insights from marketing data, and continuously improve and transform processes — moving faster without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Need

  • 7–10 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in programs across paid media, email, and virtual events.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale webinar and virtual event programs end to end.
  • Experience marketing to higher education audiences (faculty, staff, students) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to assess business opportunities, track results, and translate data into action.
  • Excellent communicator and project manager, with the ability to lead multiple agency teams across various projects, timelines, and geographies.
