About the role: 

Your primary role is as a Solutions Architect(SA) and Technical Account Manager (TAM) for LATAM customers. A client-facing and technical and business professional working to meet deadlines with responsive and prompt turnaround times. 

 

In this role, you will closely work with the Business Account Manager and will support both pre-sales and post-sales activities within the Business Development organization. You will work on technical-related solutions and design from initial customer conversations all the way to customer deployment and customer in-life. The Solutions Architect also evaluates and communicates both the business and technical needs of customers.

 

You will serve as a liaison between customers, partners and the internal teams such as Production Support, Product and Development Teams, working to ensure the criticality of needs and problems are fully understood and satisfactorily resolved in a time sensitive manner. By handling solutioning and technical problems with extreme professional acumen, you deliver a positive problem-solving experience to the customers.

 

The position will report directly to the Vice President, Partner Solutions in Business Development.
 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support pre-sales activities with technical presentation, remote and in-person meetings, solutioning.
  • Pro-actively work with customers or partners to define their success criteria, help them
    configure and launch our solutions, oversee improvements, and continue meeting with the customer periodically through regular success checkpoints.
  • Perform implementation reviews, evangelize new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Support deployment of POC, Lab and Production for new customers
  • Ability to evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop an understanding of each customer, both business and technically, to enable efficient and customer specific solutions
  • Work closely with external partners as well as internal teams such as Project Management, Production Support, Product, and Development
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers across multiple countries and time zones
  • Track requests and improve the quality of solutions provided to the customers
  • Relay customer requirements to internal teams
  • Evaluate the criticality of a given need or problem; isolate and escalate any deemed problem within the company
  • Proactively provide customers with quick, knowledgeable, and personal replies over e-mail and phone
  • Meeting with customers may require occasional travel. 

 

You must have: 

  • 4 -6 years of experience as Solutions Architect and/or Ad-tech Technical Account Manager 
  • Experience with Android TV and Live TV applications
  • Experience with digital video advertising and Ad Decision Systems
  • Experience with streaming video formats including manifest manipulation and streaming protocols: MPEG2, MPEG4, MPEG-DASH, Apple HLS.
  • Ability to understand deep technical issues, including getting hands-on, as well as understanding customer business needs
  • Creativity to imagine innovative solutions tailored to each customer

  • Must have both oral and written communications skills in Spanish and English.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of video technologies and transport over Satellite, IP and QAM; DVB, CDN, MPEG compression, Video QA, and Encryption is desired

  • INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal.
