About the project:
We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on the analysis of CRM activities, providing actionable insights, and driving data-driven decisions across email, push, and SMS campaigns. You will also be responsible for A/B testing, creating dashboards, and analyzing CRM performance using Power BI, SQL, and Python.
You will be doing:
- Review and assess CRM activity data from email, push, and SMS campaigns, identifying trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, insightful visualizations of key CRM metrics and campaign performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analytics to provide insights that inform CRM strategies, help understand customer behaviours and improve overall customer engagement.
- Work closely with CRM, product, data and tech teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals and objectives.
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tool Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions
