About this Role

The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing, Sales and Solutions teams and Partners to support the development + execution of the marketing strategy for Invisors.

Qualities

  • Marketing Experience – 3 to 6 years
  • Occasionally called upon to serve as Marketing representative
  • Develops routine deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary responsibilities
  • Works independently and knows when to ask for assistance
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently to produce content + contribute to strategy, meeting deadlines + demonstrating an ability to execute projects effectively from beginning to end
  • Ability to own tasks and campaigns using marketing/sales tools including Canva, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Smartsheet, Wix and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong skills in the following areas:
    • Written and verbal communication
    • Copy writing
    • Project management
    • Attention to detail

Roles + responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategy behind social media content and execution, copy writing and development of graphic content. Contributing to the creation of the social media content calendar and thoughtfully plotting special events and timely content. Helps to refine and improve future initiatives
  • Uses Hubspot to develop and execute campaigns through importing and creating contact lists, developing audience segments, creating and optimizing landing pages, working with stakeholders to author blogs and develop gated content and creating email campaigns
  • Uses LinkedIn Campaign Manager to run campaigns independently, uploading and building audiences thoughtfully, setting a budget using the budget tracker and producing thoughtful creative and copy
  • Owns the execution of award participation by anticipating the availability of an award, managing the application process and executing surveys
  • Supports the execution of conferences
  • Contributes to lead entry distribution
  • Supports content development for sales and recruiting engagements
