- Position: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English & Polish)

- Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Poland Time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
- Provide support in both English and Polish languages.
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, and after-sales support.
- Offer basic troubleshooting and technical support for product-related issues.
- Guide customers through basic solutions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Utilize CRM and support tools to manage and document customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in both English and Polish.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
