Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a recruiting or HR background to fully own the pipeline for a fast-growing AI healthcare startup. This role is built for someone who already knows how to manage a high-volume funnel, keep job boards running cleanly, and hit a consistent hiring target without needing process built for them.

The goal is four qualified hires every two weeks, aligned to a biweekly training cycle. You own that number. If you have managed volume recruiting before, know how to clear an inbox of hundreds of applications efficiently, and can run independently across time zones, this role is a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
  • Direct ownership over a high-volume recruiting function with clear weekly targets
  • Work inside a growing healthtech startup where your hiring output directly drives the business

What You'll Work On

Full-Cycle Recruiting Pipeline

  • Actively source and move candidates through the funnel across multiple job boards with hundreds of applications weekly
  • Review inbound applications same-day or next-day across all active platforms
  • Screen candidates and advance qualified applicants without waiting for direction
  • Hit a consistent target of four qualified hires per two-week training cycle

Interview Scheduling and Coordination

  • Schedule all interview rounds with enough lead time to ensure a professional candidate experience
  • Send calendar invites at least 24 hours in advance across all interview stages
  • Coordinate availability between candidates and internal interviewers without friction

Job Posting and Pipeline Management

  • Refine, publish, and actively iterate job descriptions based on performance data and feedback
  • Manage active postings across Indeed and other relevant job boards
  • Keep the pipeline clean, organized, and moving at all times

Onboarding and Training Support

  • Ensure new hires are fully set up on all required tools and systems before day one
  • Complete onboarding training yourself, then assist in delivering sessions and developing materials for new hires
  • Flag setup gaps or blockers early so nothing falls through on the first day

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
  • Proven experience managing high-volume application pipelines across job boards including Indeed or similar platforms
  • Strong written English communication skills: clear, direct, and professional
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently across time zones with minimal oversight
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow-through without reminders
  • Ownership mindset: you surface problems with a proposed solution, not just a flag
  • Comfort owning a weekly hiring metric and being accountable to it

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical staffing environments
  • Familiarity with high-volume hourly or specialist hiring
  • Prior experience managing or training new hires
  • Interest in AI tools that could streamline or automate parts of the recruiting workflow

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline, and sharing one example of a problem you identified and solved independently without being asked

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you are a self-directed recruiter who can own a full hiring pipeline, hit a consistent weekly target, and wants to do meaningful work inside a company removing real friction from healthcare, this role gives you the ownership and the impact to do your best work.
