Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse for our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of physicians or RNs.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all

Requirements

Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone

Perform basic triage to assess patient needs and escalate when necessary.
Support safe and efficient patient care with knowledge of GLP1s and peptides.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred.
Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
