Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse for our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of physicians or RNs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all

Requirements

• Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone
• Manage patient communications through the portal, addressing medication-related concerns.
• Perform basic triage to assess patient needs and escalate when necessary.
• Support safe and efficient patient care with knowledge of GLP1s and peptides.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
