Fresh Graduate / Junior Fullstack Engineer, AI-First (LATAM)

Role Overview
 We are hiring a fresh graduate or junior fullstack engineer with exceptional problem-solving ability and strong technical fundamentals. This is a high-bar role for candidates who learn quickly, take ownership, and consistently produce strong work.
You will work in an AI-first environment alongside experienced engineers, building fullstack systems using modern tools. Speed matters, but correctness, quality, and judgment matter more.

What You’ll Do

• Build fullstack products with TypeScript

• Develop frontend features and backend APIs

• Work with React, NestJS, GraphQL, and Postgres

• Debug across the stack and ship reliable code

• Use AI tools effectively while maintaining high standards

Requirements

• Strong CS and coding fundamentals

• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript

• Strong projects, internships, or AI-assisted coding experience
