Looking for job satisfaction with premium pay? Then apply to Join our "Outstanding" Rated Company!

Please note you are required to live within or around the areas below for this role thank you

Location: Ipswich, Kesgrave, Woodbridge, or Felixstowe

Pay: £16.00 (Weekdays) | £17.00 (Evenings & Weekends) + Mileage paid between appointments.

Why Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe is Different:

Most care roles can feel rushed. Ours don't. We are proud to be rated as "Outstanding" by the CQC. Our care inspector noted: “People were at the very heart of the service... the philosophy and values were shared across the staff team.”

If you want to provide care the way it should be done, for a company that you would be proud to work for – we want to speak to you.

What We Offer You:

  • Time to Care: Minimum one-hour visits mean you are never rushing out the door. You have time to build real relationships.

  • Work-Life Balance: Whether you want 12 or 40 hours a week, we work with you to fit your career around your life commitments.

  • Premium Pay: Earn £16.00–£17.00 per hour, plus a generous mileage allowance to ensure your travel is well-compensated.

  • Career Growth: We don't just offer a job; we offer a career path with access to high-quality training and learning.

  • Total Support: You’ll never be thrown in at the deep end. You will shadow experienced team members or receive a personal introduction to clients.

The Role:

You will support and care for adults in your local community to live independently in their own homes. Your day might include:

  • Companionship - enjoying a cup of tea and a meaningful chat.

  • A helping hand at home by assisting with light housekeeping to keep their environment tidy, safe, and comfortable.

  • Helping with morning and evening routines and personal care.

  • Preparing meals or popping to the shops.

  • Accompanying clients to appointments or outings.

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need a background in the care sector! You might have personal experience of caring for a loved one. We often find that people from Retail, Hospitality, Hairdressing, or Cleaning sectors have the perfect transferable skills. Whatever you are doing right now, caring is likely more rewarding!

All we ask is that you:

  • Have a passion for helping others.

  • Hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have your own vehicle.

  • Are reliable and can work alternate weekends (both Sat/Sun) or some evenings.

We offer excellent training and ongoing support to ensure that you are happy and confident in your role. "The training is superb." – Current Care Team Member
