What You’ll Do 

Create Meaningful Learning Experiences 

• Bring Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology to life through engaging, real-world instruction 
• Design and facilitate interactive virtual lectures, discussions, and learning activities 
• Connect scientific concepts to clinical practice in ways that feel relevant and memorable 

Support and Inspire Students 

• Build a welcoming, inclusive virtual classroom where students feel seen, heard, and supported 
• Provide timely, thoughtful feedback that helps students grow with confidence 
• Reach out proactively to students who need encouragement or extra support 
• Foster critical thinking, curiosity, and a mindset of lifelong learning 

Deliver Excellence with Care 

• Prepare organized, high-quality course experiences in the LMS 
• Communicate clearly and consistently — setting expectations and guiding student success 
• Maintain academic integrity, standards, and accurate records 

Contribute to a Collaborative Community 

• Partner with faculty and academic leaders to continuously improve curriculum and student outcomes 
• Engage in professional development and bring fresh ideas into the classroom 
• Participate in a culture built on connection, respect, and shared purpose

What You Bring 

You’re not just knowledgeable — you’re passionate about helping others succeed. 

Required 

• Master’s degree in a related field 

Preferred 

• Doctoral or terminal/professional degree 
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (higher education preferred) 
• Experience teaching in an online or remote environment
